4 high-end furnished apartments located in the El Peñon neighborhood. Renovation was completed in 2018 and the units were sold to a group of investors. The building is currently being managed by our subsidiary, Explorer Short-Term-Rentals (EXSTR).

Building from 1956 located in El Peñon – in the heart of the hotel and gastronomic district in Cali, Colombia.
This project required a complete renovation, including a small structural reinforcement in order to carry multiple jacuzzis. The whole renovation took 12 months and was completed in 2018.
All plumbing, electrical, fixed furniture, windows, roof, and HVAC, was replaced.
Total investment $493.000 USD
The idea was to create 4 individual apartments aimed at the short-term rental market (like Airbnb) that we could sell to investors. Investors can then use their unit as a vacation rental or part-time residence for themselves. The guests are mostly foreigners coming to Cali and who value the location and the North American standards of this building.
